Black list is corrupted ". The error message " Black list of key files is corrupted " can also show in the License Manager window. You can access the License Manager window by left clicking the License link on the bottom part of the main application window. In order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions: click the Start button in the left lower corner of your computer screen go to All programs find and select the Kaspersky software installed select Modify, Repair or Remove once the set up Wizard shows the options available, select Repair wait until the process is completed reboot your computer.
If the recommendations given above did not help you to rectify the problem, then re-install your Kaspersky software. In order to do so, uninstall the application and then install the application once again. Describe your problem in all details. A trial license key cannot replace the active key to a commercial license. If a key gets blacklisted, the application functionality defined by the license under which the application has been activated remains available for eight days.
The application notifies that user that the key has been blacklisted. After eight days, application functionality becomes limited to the functionality level that is available after license expiry. You can use protection and control components and run a scan using the application databases that were installed before the license expired. The application also continues to encrypt files that had been modified and encrypted before license expiration, but does not encrypt new files.
Use of Kaspersky Security Network is not available. After you add a license key to the application, the license key is displayed in the application interface as a unique alphanumeric sequence. Kaspersky can blacklist a license key in response to violations of the End User License Agreement.
If the license key has been blacklisted, you must add another license key to use the application. An active license key is a license key that is currently being used by the application. A trial or commercial license key can be added as the active key.
The application cannot have more than one active license key. A reserve license key is a license key that entitles the user to use the application but is not currently in use.
